PRiVACY

MMMIND Club is run by Independent Owl Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 16 697 140 588), Maze and Mira's company. This page says what the site keeps about you, and why.

When you register for Sunday Club

We keep your first and last name, your email address, your country, and your mobile number if you give it. We use them to send you your member number, to let you into the Sunday room, and to send the Sunday Club reminders by email and, if you gave a mobile number, by text. Your name appears in the room as your first name and last initial only.

The member list is stored with Neon (a database service) through Vercel, which hosts this site. Your member email is sent through Resend. The Sunday Club emails are sent through MailerLite, which keeps your name, email, country and member number for that purpose. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

When you join a session

The Sunday room runs on Zoom inside this site. Zoom's own privacy terms apply while you are in the room. We do not record the sessions unless we say so at the start.

When you book or buy

Bookings are taken through Acuity Scheduling and payments through Stripe. They see what they need to take the booking or the payment; we never see your card details.

Cookies and measurement

This device remembers your member number so you do not have to type it again. If we run an ad, the Meta Pixel may be on the site to measure it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing world@mmmindclub.com. Unsubscribing from the emails does not remove your member number; ask us if you want that gone too.
